Summer Skirt (Butterick 4347)

A funny thing happened last night, as I was listening to BBC’s MI5 (called Spooks in U.K., I think).  I had The Summer Skirt in front of me and was playing around with various fabrics, buttons, and bits of lace, trying to decide what to do for pockets, and noticed it seemed to be getting warmer.
