I just love that unusual colour combination – I would not have thought of putting purple with rusty colours, but now I am going to see how it looks with some of my rust dyed fabric – exciting! Thank you so much for joining in with Textile Tuesdays, I can see we are all going to enjoy these next few months.

Yes, I was quite startled to see all the purple, which I despise! But the vast majority is wonderful, so I’ve kept it.

Actually a bit of a pain, as it’s wrinkled as part of the manufacturing process. So am just having to iron it our and run to the sewing machine before it crinkles up again. The joys of refashioning!
