In ‘the land of cheeses’ I still miss cheddar. Oh, and Double Gloucester and Wensleydale and crumbly Cheshire. To be honest, I prefer English cheeses to French and now I will probably be arrested for treason or blasphemy or something.
We had a sourdough culture going for a while. His name was Martin. Somehow we killed him ๐ฆ
