weekly photo challenge: twinkle (recycling)

recycle-twinkle
originally a kitchen curtain about 10 years ago, it became a table covering last year. don’t those stars twinkle amidst the dappled night sky!

Twin”kle, v. i. [… akin to OE. twinken to blink, wink, G. zwinken, zwinkern…] 1. To sparkle; to flash at intervals; to shine with a tremulous intermitted light, or with a broken quivering light

Originally in 2 pieces, I took out all the seams, then sewed the 2 pieces together as a border print, finishing with re-hemming all 4 sides.

Great recycling, no?!
