transitional green skirt ~ buttons

Here are the buttons I found for the skirt. I like the button on a point rather than a side, as the pocket is set on the diagonal. (Click any of the photos to go to the full screen slide show, then Escape or click the x in upper left corner to come back here.)

I also got out some stash fabric ~ yeah! ~ in the context of what to do next, and what else is green.

Currently considering the green stripe (cotton knit) for some sort of camisole top, and hoping maybe there’d be enough left for a skirt.

The green on black is a crinkly rayon challis.  If I don’t iron it flat it’s 40” wide. (Haven’t ironed it so don’t know other version)  Might be enough for a middy blouse out of Folkwear’s #270 Middy Blouse, specially if I’d get off my duff and iron it.  White is jacket version.

Wild greens combo is another rayon challis that might do as a simple dress… could always tuck it into transitional green skirt, using as a blouse.  Another look if traveling.

Do you change your mind a zillion times before cutting?  I do…

pd/sorry this is a day late — cyberspace provider didn’t yesterday!
